These terms apply when you use the Exit Plan website or buy a digital product from Uxel Pty Ltd. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Our products and services
Exit Plan provides general educational resources about business exit preparation. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change before purchase. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Course, seminar and advisory waitlists are expressions of interest and do not guarantee a place, date or service.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout or made available through a download link. You are responsible for providing a working email address and safeguarding any download link.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a purchased digital product for their own learning and internal business planning. You must not resell, share publicly, reproduce commercially, remove ownership notices from, or create competing products from our material without written permission. All other rights are reserved.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape content at scale, or use the service in a way that harms Exit Plan or another person.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Our voluntary 30-day refund promise is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend or withdraw website features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new version with a revised effective date.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exit Plan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general educational content or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
These terms should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before paid checkout is activated.
