30-Day Refund Policy
We want Exit Plan resources to be genuinely useful. If you purchase an eligible digital product and are not happy with it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email hello@exitplan.au within 30 days of the transaction. Include the email address used to order and, if available, your order number and purchase date. You may tell us why the product was not right for you, but a reason is not required.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. We will confirm when the refund has been initiated.
Scope
This voluntary promise applies to Exit Plan digital books and workbooks purchased directly from us. Any course, seminar or advisory engagement may have additional cancellation terms disclosed before payment.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply regardless of the 30-day period.
