This policy explains how Uxel Pty Ltd, trading as Exit Plan, handles personal information when you use exitplan.au, complete an assessment, purchase a product, join a waitlist or contact us.
What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, business name, business size, profit range, preferred exit timeframe, assessment answers and scores, enquiries, waitlist preferences, purchase and payment records, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and website activity.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you through forms, assessments, purchases and correspondence. We may also collect website and advertising activity through analytics, cookies and similar technologies. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Exit Plan.
Why we use it
- to calculate, create and deliver your Exit Readiness report;
- to provide products, support, refunds and requested services;
- to manage course, seminar and advisory waitlists;
- to send marketing only where permitted, including where you have opted in;
- to improve our content, products, advertising and website; and
- to prevent misuse, comply with law and protect our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business, including Vercel for website hosting, HubSpot for customer relationship management, SendGrid for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and analytics and advertising providers such as Meta where enabled. They process information for us under their own security and privacy arrangements. We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas processing
Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they or their subcontractors operate. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards.
Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email. You may also ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us with enough detail to investigate. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
